Se ordenó poner en conocimiento del Juez Cuarto Laboral de Cúcuta y de la citadora de dicho juzgado, la solicitud de tutela de la referencia y los fallos de primera instancia, para que en el término de tres días hábiles a partir del recibo de la comunicación, exprese lo que estime conveniente.
Lo anterior, porque se presentó una indebida o ausencia de notificación a los sujetos procesales de la tutela o a terceros que pueden resultar afectados con la decisión.
Se suspenden los términos de manera indefinida hasta tanto no se efectúe la tramitación antes indicada y la Sala ordene su reanudación.
